Free Tracked UK Delivery

Every UK order includes Free Tracked UK Delivery.

Processing times

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Delivery times

After dispatch, UK delivery usually takes 3–6 working days.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier disruption, severe weather, peak periods or other events outside our reasonable control can occasionally cause delays.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation containing your tracking details. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating after dispatch.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation containing your order details. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything needs correcting.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Split deliveries

Some orders containing more than one item may be dispatched in separate parcels. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and the parcels may arrive on different days.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears to be lost, contact us with your order number. We will investigate the delivery with the carrier and keep you informed.

Parcels marked as delivered

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery address and any safe places, ask household members and neighbours, and review any delivery photograph or carrier message before contacting us.

Snoosi remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered into your physical possession or to someone you identified to receive them, except where you independently arranged a carrier that we did not offer.

Damaged deliveries

If a parcel or product arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where possible.
