These Terms of Service apply when you access the Pawmudder website or purchase from us.

“Pawmudder”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the merchant operating this store.

Our store is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Pawmudder.

These Terms should be read with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Using Our Website

You must use our website lawfully and provide accurate, current information when placing an order.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You must not:

- Interfere with the operation or security of the website

- Introduce malicious code

- Scrape or collect information unlawfully

- Impersonate another person

- Infringe the rights of another person

2. Products and Information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

We may change or discontinue products and limit quantities where reasonable.

These rights do not affect an order we have already accepted or your statutory consumer rights.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.

A contract is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where:

- Payment cannot be authorised

- An item is unavailable

- Information provided is clearly incorrect

- We reasonably suspect fraud

- A genuine pricing or listing error has occurred

Please check your order and delivery information carefully.

Contact us promptly if a change is required. Fast processing means changes or cancellations may not always be possible after dispatch, but this does not affect any legal cancellation rights.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.

For UK customers, displayed prices include applicable VAT where VAT is chargeable unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges and optional extras are shown before you place your order.

International customers may be responsible for local import duties or taxes that are not collected at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied and that the billing information provided is accurate.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–6 working days.

Delays can sometimes occur because of carriers, customs, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will contact you where reasonably required, and your legal rights regarding delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

6. Delivery Risk

Goods remain at Pawmudder’s risk until they come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you identified to receive them.

The exception is where you independently commission a carrier that we did not offer.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Faulty Goods

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains our 30-day returns process and your statutory cancellation rights.

Goods must be:

- Of satisfactory quality

- Fit for any purpose made known to us

If goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect, statutory remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund depending on the circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content—including text, design, logos, photographs, graphics and video—is owned by or licensed to Pawmudder and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping purposes only.

We are not responsible for external content or services, although this does not remove any responsibility we have for our obligations to you.

We try to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

12. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability for:

- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

The version in force when your order was placed will normally apply to that purchase.

Updated Terms take effect when published and do not retrospectively remove existing rights.

These Terms and purchases from Pawmudder are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections available under the laws of your home jurisdiction and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
