Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information.

Please check your details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything needs updating.

If you don’t receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder.


Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–7 working days. Most orders arrive sooner.

During busy periods, delivery times may occasionally be longer due to carrier delays, weekends or public holidays.


Delivery Costs

Free UK delivery on all orders over £30.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and product location.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your parcel and include photos where possible.


Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.
