Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original condition
  • With tags and original packaging

You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@pawmudder.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. pet treats or food)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
