How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. During busy times like sales, holidays, or new product launches, it may take us a little longer to get everything packed up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at info@pawmudder.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update or cancel your order, but once it’s been processed, changes can’t be guaranteed.
Can I update my shipping address?
Yes - if your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet. Just send us your updated address at info@pawmudder.com. Once it’s shipped, we can’t make changes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal and Pawmudder Gift Cards.
Does Pawmudder offer custom orders?
Not at the moment. While we don’t customise individual items, we’d love to chat about larger collaborations! Reach us at info@pawmudder.com

How do I use a Pawmudder gift card?
All of our gift cards are digital. Simply enter the code you received by email into the Gift Card field at checkout.
When will a certain size/colour be back in stock?
We restock as quickly as we can, but exact dates aren’t always available. If you’re waiting for something specific, click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page to get an email alert once it’s back.
Do you sell products that aren’t listed on your website?
Nope - all available items are listed online. If you don’t see it, we don’t have it. Follow us on Instagram@pawmudder or join our newsletter to be the first to know about new arrivals and restocks.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How long will delivery take?

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
How long do I have to return or exchange something?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to start a return or exchange.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does it take to get an exchange item?
Once we receive your return, it can take up to a week to process. After approval, your new item will ship within 1–2 business days.
How long does it take to get a refund?
After your return is processed (up to a week), refunds can take up to 10 additional business days to appear on your card or account, depending on your bank.
Do you accept used items for return or exchange?
All items must be returned in brand-new condition - that means no fur, no dirt, and no damage. If we receive a return that doesn’t meet these conditions, it will either be sent back to you (at your cost) or donated to a local shelter if unclaimed within 30 days.
Product support
How do I clean my pet gear?
- Rope products: Hand wash with warm water and mild soap (not detergent), then hang to dry out of direct sunlight.
- Other products: Wash on gentle cycle, low/no heat, and hang to dry.
Why does my item look a little different than the photos?
Colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings. We do our best to show products as true-to-life as possible.
