While we always aim to meet these estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to weekends, public holidays, or carrier-related issues.

Once we receive your return, it can take up to a week to process. After approval, your new item will ship within 1–2 business days.

After your return is processed (up to a week), refunds can take up to 10 additional business days to appear on your card or account, depending on your bank.

All items must be returned in brand-new condition - that means no fur, no dirt, and no damage. If we receive a return that doesn’t meet these conditions, it will either be sent back to you (at your cost) or donated to a local shelter if unclaimed within 30 days.

• Rope products: Hand wash with warm water and mild soap (not detergent), then hang to dry out of direct sunlight.
• Other products: Wash on gentle cycle, low/no heat, and hang to dry.
